- Author technical white papers and patent applications to protect intellectual property assets.

- Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and optimize synthesis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in advanced R&D.
- Deep expertise in polymer synthesis, characterization, or nanomaterial development.
- Proven track record of publication in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Strong command of analytical modeling software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or COMSOL).
