Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced machine learning algorithms for real-time robotic applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and product) to prototype and validate new R&D concepts.
- Analyze complex datasets to drive decision-making and improve system performance metrics.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation experiments to ensure product reliability and safety standards.
- Document technical findings and contribute to internal knowledge repositories and patent applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and academic research to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in R&D or a similar advanced technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICRA).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
