Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an R&D environment, preferably within the tech or energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB for data analysis and simulation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
