Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of next-generation prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
- Conduct rigorous experimental analysis and statistical modeling to validate new theories and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to integrate R&D findings into scalable production solutions.
- Document complex technical data, methodologies, and results for publication in peer-reviewed journals or patent applications.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the research lifecycle.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Research & Development environment within a high-tech or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, MATLAB, or R.
- Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to publish research findings and secure patents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
