- Define Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating complex business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure success, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product updates and strategic plans to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Agile Mastery: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a track record of successfully shipping products.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
