Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Communicate complex technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical audiences through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision, and evaluate their applicability to our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with deep knowledge of libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and warehousing (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning projects from prototyping to production deployment.
