Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, Vue.js).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
