Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced R&D experiments in sustainable materials and energy systems
- Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to prototype validation
- Analyze complex data using statistical modeling and machine learning tools
- Develop technical documentation and patent applications for novel innovations
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and other industry standards
- Present research findings to stakeholders and scientific communities

Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on R&D experience in sustainable technology
- Expertise in advanced characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, FTIR)
- Proficiency with CAD software and prototyping tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing)
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants or funding
- Experience managing R&D project timelines and budgets
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
