Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on R&D experience in industrial or academic settings
- Proven expertise in prototyping and experimental design methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with ISO 9001 and FDA compliance standards
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing and sustainable materials preferred
