Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing for cloud-native applications and microservices
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Champion QA best practices and integrate CI/CD pipelines with JIRA/Confluence
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor QA team members and conduct knowledge-sharing workshops
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test orchestration
- Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
