Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud spending through cost monitoring and resource right-sizing
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Implement robust security frameworks including IAM policies and network security
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on platform improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
