Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and defect analysis
- Implement performance, security, and usability testing methodologies
- Mentor QA team members and establish quality standards
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Proficient in SQL and database testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
