Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of high-performance distributed systems using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Drive best practices in testing, documentation, and security protocols
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Deep understanding of data modeling and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on scalability and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams
