Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-grade cloud solutions on AWS/Azure with 99.99% SLAs
- Lead migration projects from legacy to modern cloud-native architectures
- Optimize cost and performance through infrastructure automation (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Define cloud security frameworks and compliance strategies (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior architects and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to align cloud strategy with business objectives
- Research emerging cloud technologies and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in cloud architecture with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proven ability to design multi-region, disaster-resilient systems
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Portfolio of successful cloud transformation projects
