We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our elite team in San Francisco. Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, and load testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to increase coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Identify, track, and document software defects with high precision, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate testing directly into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Analyze system metrics and test results to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test scripts to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
