Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive black-box and white-box testing of complex enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with developers to establish CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated gates.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and drive defect resolution.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of 'Quality First' across the engineering department.
- Develop detailed test plans and regression strategies for major product releases.
- Continuously optimize testing processes to reduce delivery friction and improve code quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architectures.
- Solid grasp of SQL and database management for data-driven testing.
- Proven expertise in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or K6.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
