Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex web and mobile applications
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Execute manual and automated regression testing across multiple environments
- Document defects in JIRA and collaborate with developers for timely resolution
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality benchmarks
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
