Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for complex tech infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within $5M+ budgets
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain Jira/Asana backlogs for 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with risk mitigation strategies, resource allocation plans, and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Champion continuous improvement by implementing PMO best practices and optimizing project management workflows
- Serve as primary liaison between C-suite executives and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables
- Mentor junior PMs through structured training programs and performance coaching initiatives
- Analyze project KPIs and ROI metrics to drive data-driven decision-making for future initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in project management, with 3+ years in tech or infrastructure domains
- Active PMP or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record in agile/scrum methodologies
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and resource management tools with advanced Excel/Power BI skills
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members across multiple time zones
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis for $1M+ projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational politics
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with sustainable tech projects or smart city initiatives highly preferred
