Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Develop performance and security testing protocols for high-transaction fintech applications
- Lead CI/CD pipeline integration for automated regression testing
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and release criteria
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical defects
- Champion quality culture through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Java/Python test frameworks
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker)
- Proven ability to design test strategies for complex web/mobile applications
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing (OWASP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
