Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through architecture reviews and monitoring tools
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Develop automation scripts (Python/Go) for infrastructure provisioning and management
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Certification in relevant cloud platform (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
