As a key member of our Advanced Research team, you won't just run scriptsâyou will architect sophisticated machine learning architectures that solve complex, multi-dimensional business challenges. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from initial hypothesis generation and feature engineering to model validation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate real-time predictive capabilities into our flagship SaaS platform.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into rigorous mathematical frameworks and actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence through peer code reviews and research sessions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic reports.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience building and scaling ML models in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep knowledge of the PyData stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scipy).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native data infrastructure, specifically AWS (SageMaker, Redshift) or Snowflake.
- Proven track record of deploying Deep Learning models or advanced ensemble methods to solve real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of statistical inference, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value.
