Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI implementation
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through polished documentation and storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping platforms
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics
- Proven experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
