Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and data to forecast demand and negotiate favorable contracts with key vendors.
- Manage supplier performance through regular audits, scorecard evaluations, and relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, and Product) to align purchasing goals with company objectives.
- Oversee inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
