You will work at the intersection of operations and finance, ensuring that our production lines remain agile while maintaining the highest standards of quality and ethical sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to minimize costs and maximize quality.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts, SLAs, and long-term supply agreements.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead a cross-functional team to streamline procurement workflows and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage vendor performance through quarterly business reviews and continuous improvement audits.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to facilitate early supplier involvement in the product development cycle.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal governance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering year-over-year cost savings and performance improvements.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and e-procurement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for vendor performance analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive-level reporting skills.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are highly desirable.
