Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Operations teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of procurement specialists to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with industry safety standards and corporate sustainability policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual procurement budgets.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong certification preferred (CPSM, CSCP, or APICS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
