- Manage vendor relationships, conducting periodic performance reviews and addressing supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee inventory management processes and collaborate with the logistics team to streamline inbound supply flows.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze procurement data and generate monthly reports for the executive leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor contract negotiations and cost reduction.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market fluctuations.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
