- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to proactively adjust purchasing strategies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, and engineering teams to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and ethical procurement practices across all vendor partnerships.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts to foster a culture of high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP or Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
