- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, engineering) to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and selection to contract management and renewal.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
