Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract negotiation and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, costs, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed.
