- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Oversee global compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through KPI-driven development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven track record of negotiating $10M+ contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Expertise in spend analytics and cost modeling tools
- Strong understanding of APAC trade regulations and customs
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
