- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 12-18% annual cost savings
- Oversee supplier relationship management with 200+ global vendors
- Implement ERP-driven procurement processes (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Analyze market trends to inform risk-mitigation strategies
- Manage cross-functional projects with engineering, logistics, and finance teams
- Mentor junior procurement professionals through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation
- Expertise in contract management and international trade regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record of implementing category management strategies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting
