Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ key commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing and contractual terms
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics through KPI tracking
- Oversee procurement budget allocation and spend analysis reporting
- Implement sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
