- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify innovative sourcing opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and market research
