- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement goals with manufacturing demands.
- Maintain high standards of ethical sourcing and compliance across all global supply operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements through advanced ERP data analytics.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of procurement specialists to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in direct procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual procurement budgets.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex vendor disputes.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
