- Drive continuous improvement in inventory management and procurement cycle times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with production requirements.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide actionable financial insights to leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, legal standards, and sustainability guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing high-value supplier contracts and vendor networks.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced data analytics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen focus on total cost of ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with strong project management capabilities.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is considered a strong asset.
