Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract renewals, and relationship management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Manage a $15M annual procurement budget with continuous optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in vendor negotiations and contract management
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
