- Lead contract negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers securing $20M+ in annual savings
- Implement vendor risk management programs ensuring 99.5% on-time delivery compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing carbon footprint through local supplier partnerships
- Oversee ERP procurement module optimization and digital transformation projects
- Manage a team of 5 purchasing specialists with KPI-driven performance systems
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities and innovation partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and Oracle procurement systems with data analytics skills
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizational structures
