Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply stability.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing activities with production and inventory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to mitigate supply chain risks and capitalize on pricing opportunities.
- Oversee departmental budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of managing high-value vendor contracts.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
