Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to achieve cost-reduction targets.
- Negotiate complex contracts with domestic and international vendors to ensure favorable terms.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from initial RFPs to final contract execution.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of procurement analysts and buyers.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through ERP integration and automation.
- Maintain cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Finance, and Operations departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement management.
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and vendor performance improvements.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, trade compliance, and contract law.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal leadership skills.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are highly preferred.
