Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost-saving and operational efficiency targets.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFI/RFP creation, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key domestic and international vendors.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Production, to align purchasing activities with company goals.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team to foster professional growth and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic purchasing or procurement management.
- Proven track record in successful high-value contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
