Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies for direct and indirect categories.
- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations with major suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Lead a high-performing procurement team, fostering professional growth and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align purchasing goals with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
- Proven track record in international vendor management and complex contract negotiation.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics software.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- CPSM or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
