- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and service level agreements to maximize value and reduce operational risks.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Monitor market trends and analyze spend data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Inventory Control: Collaborate with operations teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and procurement software.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
