Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to optimize total cost of ownership

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure material availability
- Implement and maintain procurement policies compliant with ISO 9001 standards
- Manage cross-functional projects to streamline procurement processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
