Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms

- Oversee purchasing budget and ensure compliance with procurement policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing global supply chains and logistics
