Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure supply chain resiliency.
- Lead contract negotiations with key tier-one suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and service level agreements.
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing workflows, ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies.
- Analyze market trends and raw material pricing to mitigate financial risk and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Mentor and manage a team of procurement specialists to drive department performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar vendor contracts.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- CPSM or APICS certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
