Responsibilities

- Negotiate high-value contracts with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to forecast material costs and supply chain disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and finance departments.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, from requisition approval to vendor payment.
- Implement lean procurement processes to reduce lead times and optimize inventory turnover.
- Mentor and develop the procurement team to ensure high performance and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
