Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing $5M+ in annual cost savings
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage cross-functional teams across logistics and operations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection
- Conduct supplier performance audits and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in cost analysis and total cost modeling
- Proven success in international vendor management
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI)
- Experience in contract lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
