Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee procurement budgets and ensure compliance with purchasing policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain optimization
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for procurement tracking
- Lead supplier diversity initiatives and ethical sourcing programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management
- Proficiency with SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing $10M+ procurement budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
