Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for raw materials and services, reducing costs by 15% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle from requisition to payment processing
- Analyze market trends and develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chains
- Implement ERP system optimizations for procurement workflows
- Train and mentor junior purchasing analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in SAP and Oracle procurement modules
- Proven success in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects in matrix organizations
