- Negotiate complex contracts with international suppliers across 15+ countries
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain resilience and reduce lead times
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction in material expenses
- Oversee vendor management programs ensuring compliance with ESG standards
- Leverage data analytics to forecast market trends and mitigate procurement risks
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to build next-generation talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive purchasing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Deep understanding of international trade regulations and logistics networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and KPI reporting
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin highly desirable
